The SMS program is operated by TOPSICO LLC ("Land Trap," "we," "us," or "our"). These SMS Terms apply when you provide a mobile number and affirmatively choose to receive text messages from TOPSICO LLC through an enrollment form or other consent prompt that links to these terms.
Program description
GIFT requests authorize one reply with the requested link only, not recurring marketing. Recurring marketing tips and offers require a separate affirmative selection of the unchecked marketing checkbox at /sms-signup. Order confirmations and product-access links require the separate optional, unchecked order-text checkbox at checkout. None of these choices enrolls you in the other categories. Buying a product or providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to marketing.
Consent and eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided, and authorize TOPSICO LLC and its messaging providers to send messages to that number. Your consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase. Consent applies only to the Land Trap program described at the point of enrollment.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity, selections, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Your carrier may impose additional charges. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Land Trap text message to cancel messages from that program. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also use other opt-out instructions presented in a message. STOP suppresses further messages from this number, except a final opt-out confirmation. Purchase access remains available through email and your account. Messages resume only after a new valid opt-in.

Delivery and carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, device, and number status and is not guaranteed. If you change, deactivate, or transfer your number, opt out first and update your account so messages are not sent to another person.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile numbers and message-delivery information to vendors and carriers that help us operate the messaging program. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Changes to the program or terms
We may modify or discontinue a messaging program or update these SMS Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. If required, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent before sending materially different categories of messages.
Other terms
These SMS Terms supplement the Land Trap Terms of Service. If these SMS Terms conflict with the general Terms regarding the messaging program, these SMS Terms control for that program.
