The Land Trap by Flip Man SMS program is operated by Flip Man Dot Net LLC ("Land Trap," "we," "us," or "our"). These SMS Terms apply when you provide a mobile number and affirmatively choose to receive text messages from Land Trap by Flip Man through an enrollment form or other consent prompt that links to these terms.
Program description
Depending on the option you select, Land Trap by Flip Man may send recurring automated or non-automated text messages concerning account access, purchases, subscriptions, requested information, reminders, customer support, training, product updates, promotions, and related Land Trap offers. Your enrollment disclosure identifies the message categories covered by your consent.
Consent and eligibility
By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, are the account holder or customary user of the mobile number provided, and authorize Flip Man Dot Net LLC and its messaging providers to send messages to that number. Your consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of any purchase. Consent applies only to the Land Trap program described at the point of enrollment.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your activity, selections, and the program you join. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Your carrier may impose additional charges. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Land Trap text message to cancel messages from that program. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also use other opt-out instructions presented in a message. After opting out, you may still receive texts that are legally permitted or necessary to complete a transaction you separately requested. If you enroll again, messages may resume.

Reply HELP for help or call 205-964-5243. You may also use the customer-support channel displayed at checkout, in your purchase receipt, or inside your Land Trap account.
Delivery and carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, network availability, device, and number status and is not guaranteed. If you change, deactivate, or transfer your number, opt out first and update your account so messages are not sent to another person.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to vendors and carriers that help us operate the messaging program or where disclosure is required by law.
Changes to the program or terms
We may modify or discontinue a messaging program or update these SMS Terms. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. If required, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent before sending materially different categories of messages.

These SMS Terms supplement the Land Trap Terms of Service. If these SMS Terms conflict with the general Terms regarding the messaging program, these SMS Terms control for that program.
